Common questions
Is there a reserve?
Some properties have a hidden reserve price. The listing will tell you whether the reserve has been met.
Can I retract a bid?
No. Every bid is a binding commitment to buy at that price under the posted terms.
Can I see the property first?
Yes — contact us to schedule a showing or check the listing for open inspection dates.
Do I need financing in place?
Properties sell without financing contingencies, so arrange your financing before bidding.
