For landowners
Why auctioning your real estate works.
An auction puts qualified buyers in competition for your property on a set date. No months of waiting, no drawn-out negotiations — the market decides the price.
Competitive bidding
Buyers bid against each other in the open, which pushes the price toward true market value.
A firm timeline
You know the day bidding closes. Marketing, showings and the sale happen on your schedule.
Qualified buyers only
Every bidder is approved and places a $5,000 card deposit hold. Bids above $400,000 also require verified proof of funds or a bank letter of credit.
Your terms
You set the terms of sale, and a hidden reserve price can protect you from selling below your number.
Bid from anywhere
Online bidding reaches buyers across Ohio and beyond — not just whoever can show up on sale day.

Common questions
What if bidding doesn't reach my price?
With a reserve auction, the property won't sell below the hidden reserve you agree on in advance.

Farmland, hunting ground, timber, recreational acreage, ranches and rural homes all do very well at auction.
How much does it cost?
Fees vary by property. Contact us for a free consultation and we'll explain the costs up front.
How long does the process take?
Most auctions go from signed agreement to closed sale in about 60–90 days.
